I purchased three of these chairs… Two arrived fine, but one had several broken parts so BEWARE!!! The packages that arrive when purchasing this product are VERY cumbersome, so it’s tough to even sent these back. I did get a 15% discount from Amazon when I informed that I received broken parts. Which I guess is ok. I would have sent the broken one back, but the chairs are on backorder, so it would have been 3 months till I received a new one.
The two that arrive unbroken are great. They are a little narrow, which many people might have a problem with – so again, beware. But overall, the chairs are beautiful and for the price, they are a smoking deal.

We got 4 of these right before the 4th to go around our firepit.We have since bought coordinating pillows for the back as for sitting a while around the fire at night it helps to have the lumbar support. Seats are nice and wide and quality seems to be excellent. They really look nice on our flagstone patio and we have received alot of compliments.
I was a little worried about how this would look based on the price, but was very pleasantly surprised when we got it. It is of very high quality and looks awesome. My only gripe would be the cushion which they state is not weather resistant. It would be nice if outdoor furniture had cushions that was weather resistant. The instructions state that the cushion should be brought in during inclement weather. This is not a huge deal for us as we are using it in an indoor pool environment, but I suspect for outdoor use it may be a nuissance. The Amazon description does state this fact so we knew this in advance. I figured that if the cushion got stained over time that it would not be a big deal to have it recovered.
I got these Strathwood Camano chairs (and the sofa) recently. Echoing most of the other reviews, I am so pleased. I spent a year trying to find a “deal” on outdoor furniture, looking online and in furnitures stores. Everything I liked the look of was $2 or 3K. I found these on Amazon and loved the modern look. The delivery was unbelievably quick – I think I got the chairs 2 days after I ordered them. True to the other reviews, the cushions are slightly disappointing – they feel and look more like the inner part of a cushion, almost like they are missing the cover. But the chair construction is unbelievable. It looks amazing and even has these cool leather and metal tags that just scream quality. I paired the chairs with a 20×20 cushion for the back. I also treated the seat cushion with a scotchguard spray to help prevent the stains that will inevitably come from 2 dogs + kid household. Overall, I am thrilled. I hope they bring the coffee table from this line back as that’s the only thing left to buy!
i bought 4 arm chairs, and 2 end tables. i wanted the coffee table as well, but it is apparently out of stock, with no date of re-stocking. i love the lines and the look of the chairs, but the cushions have completely mildewed, and i can’t get them clean. i thought i could leave them out, because i thought they were waterproof. they are not! any ideas on how to clean them? i am afraid to bleach them since the fabric is already fairly thin.
This furniture is awesome! You can have the look at feel of a high end hotel at your own home at an amazing price!
Finally! A lounge chair that is affordable, makes the sun-worshiper in our family happy and looks great! The portability of this chair is ideal when following the sun and when it needs to be rolled away to storage. The sliding drink rest is an added treat but the best part is the easy assembly.
AFTER the fact – purchasing two of the Strathwood chaise lounge chairs I read the reviews. Many were happy but some were not at all happy. to those that had the red dye run onto their patios, I have had ours outside since getting them, in pouring rain, and not one time has any dye come out of these chairs. Also some said had to run to Home Depot for the right screws or tools that were not put into the shipment, we had no problem and it was very easy to put together. Our two chairs are extremely heavy. Very solid workmanship and not one thing missing nor were they damaged in shipment. Everything about these chairs says quality and where in the world are you going to find chairs like this for this money? Around my area, nowhere. I am very happy with this purhase and want anyone searching to know that. I would recommend these chairs to anyone.
Bought a Strathwood chaise lounge for my porch and it arrived promptly and in good condition. Fairly easy to assemble and is comfortable with a pad which I also purchased. It has some design problems, however. The seat will not adjust to sit up fully. All the levels of the seat back are in a fairly prone position. If you want to just bask in the sun or sleep, it is okay but to sit up with your back supported and talk to friends, there is a real problem. My husband modified the chair by placing some stops to hold the back of the seat upright but it is not easy to adjust with the modifications. I am not sure I would buy this product again without a design change.
Arrived un-damaged. Easy to assemble.
But as others have noted-
Does not sit straight up.
This is not teak. So it has a finish that must be somewhat maintained.
Also, its not that long, so for tall people, it may be an issue.
For the money seems very worth while, just know what you are getting. This is not an equivelent to a $300 chaise.
But for roughly 150(including a cushion and cover), seems a good deal for a wooden chaise.

Okay. Here’s the skinny on this set of outdoor furniture because I think online shoppers should know what they are in for before they make such a big purchase.
The overall quality is good for the money, HOWEVER, this is not comparable to Restoration Hardware’s outdoor wicker as some of the other reviewers indicate. Here’s the difference: #1 comfort. This pieces don’t have any kind of angled backs, so you sit virtually upright, and there are no back cushions. #2 completely inadequate cushions for outdoor use. You will have to replace these cushions with custom-made Sunbrella cushions. Price them out on the net first ([...]). There are no backs, so you will want to order those as well. Expect to pay $300 for the left and right sections, and $200 for the center. #3 The style is boxy, which is okay if you are looking for a modern look. And the wicker is one color, not two-toned like Restorations.
All-in-all, I wished I had spent a little extra and gone with Restorations stuff, which on sale is only slightly more than less and whole lot more attractive. I would return, except I have to pay the return freight ($300 in my case.)
I guess you really do get what you pay for.
I have had this in my yard for approx the past 2 years, in south California, always remained outside, uncovered, and has tolerated the elements. The cushions rarely are kept outside, though. This is very durable and looks great. The wooden legs can be affected though by water and weather in general. The non-waterproof cushions are white/creme, and they stain very easily.
Overall, an excellent buy for the price. Paid ~$900 for a lounge section, a middle and a corner one.
I got this sofa seat and it’s left hand mate. I have searched locally, online, and through eBay and couldn’t find a better deal. It’s quite comfortable with throw pillows along the back. I replaced the cotton duck seat cover with one made of Sunbrella outdoor fabric. The height of the seat is 14 inches with the cushion; helpful when choosing a table to go with it.
I read the previous reviews for this item, and, satisfied with what I read, ordered two corner pieces, two center pieces, and the side table. I was surprised – and greatly relieved – regarding the quality and appearance of the items. They look really great….very modern and clean. I wish the cushions were sunbrella fabric, but that would probably have made this unaffordable for moi. Anyhoo…..I’m very happy overall!
The furniture is awesome- especially for the price but the cushions are definitly not weather proof and even with the covers we bought on amazon after one storm and a few days the cushions were totally molded. When you buy the upgraded color cusions the fabric is all-weather and much thicker. Still recommend the set.
